We have clients in many niches, but most clients work in no-code, AI, finance, healthcare, fintech and even commercial hardware. Most of them are funded startups, and they are mainly B2B, some B2C. Our best clients have one of the following:

• Raised $1.0M or more in funding
• Found product market fit and already have some sales coming in
• Are spending or planning to spend more than $5k per month on paid growth

We occasionally work with ecommerce companies who are extremely suited to our team, and companies during their go-to-market planning.

In short, very busy. Your first customer will be delivered in your 2rd week of working with us. Here's how each week breaks out:

• Week 1 we onboard: by meeting with your team, researching your customers and strategizing your first campaigns.
• Week 2 we launch: experimental campaigns to find your first customers and understand your customer acquisition funnel.
• Week 3 we refine: your acquisition funnel setup by finalizing your funnel events, analytics dashboards, and server-side attribution setup.
• Week 4 we start designing: your first landing page and vetting out the design, functionality, and copywriting.

By the end of week 5, will have campaigns running, landing pages built and a sustainable stream of customers coming in. For the next few months, we will create many more campaigns and landing pages with each funnel targeting a lower customer acquisition cost than the last.

Here is what makes us standout and genuinely different than most ad agencies:

• We do everything from first click to sale. Media buying, ad creatives, landing pages, analytics, event setup, and so on. Most early startups don't have enough time to be A/B testing landing pages, and most ad agencies lose a ton of potential customers because of low conversion rates but "your website is not their job".
  
  We fix this problem and are accountable for the entire customer acquisition funnel.
• We don't have +72 clients and we don't want to. This is important because when you matter to the agency you work with, they do better work for you. And if you're a line item on a big agency's P&L - they only care enough to hire a freelancer and forget that you exist.
  
  Our client base is small, our team is purposely small and we focus on our current clients outcomes - not our own sales.

Typically between 8% to 15% of total ad spend each month. The range depends on the complexity of product, marketing fulfillment and therefore work required to successfully fulfill and scale ads, but typically:

• For example, our management fee might look like: $3500 (flat fee) + 15% of $15k in ad spend = $5.75k in total management fees.
• If you're considering "are we on the growth or performance offer?" and getting budget isn't a challenge, it's going to be more cost effective to go with the performance offer.

Our offers start at $3500 and both of them include our expertise, team, and time and a long list of deliverables. So it's simpler to list the things we DO NOT include:

• Ad spend. This should be an oblivious one but it's crystal clear now.
• Sales and automation tools like CRMs, calendar booking software, or Zapier. We may require you to have these.
• Website, hosting and domain costs. We build landing pages in Webflow, if you do not use Webflow, we will require you to have this.

In short, once-and-while approvals and company insights. We will be create the campaigns from end-to-end, so we need to have a strong understanding of your startups' inner workings. That said, the only thing we need you time for is:

• Landing page design approvals such as "I love that", "could we add this", "this sucks", "can you change..."
• Ad creative reviews, similar to landing page design approvals.
• Awareness on strategic changes that need to be reflected in your ads and landing pages

We'll be sharing KPI updates weekly, you'll have your own live dashboard if you want to double check the numbers yourself, other we will be in your slack if you need us.
